Welcome to our Florida homes. The sunshine state of America. Situated on the Gulf Coast approx. 20 miles south of Sarrasotta. A small but welcoming place called Rotonda West Englewood. If you are into fishing or golf then there is plenty to do to fill your days.

If golf is your choice then there are 7 or 8 courses all within 5 miles of the house, each with club houses on site. If it is fishing you are after then it is an angler's paradise. At the bottom of the garden is a canal with a fishing dock. You can catch anything from Blue Gills, shiners, catfish upto 20lb, Big Mouth Bass - the biggest I have caught is 7lb. Then there is the Grass Carp. WOW, My friend Alan Hayes from Farnworth came on holiday with us in Feb.2005 and he caught the recognised world record pole caught fish at the bottom of the garden and it was a staggering 56lb. Other carp caught 28lb, 35lb, 40lb and 42lb. Click here for more photos. When you get fed up fishing in the canals why not try the surrounding freshwater lakes and rivers which all hold several species and they are all virtually unfished. There is also plenty of fishing in the sea which is 10-15 minutes away. where you can catch Rays, Hammer Head Shark and Black Tip Shark. In June at Boca Grande the Tarpon World Championships takes place when massive Tarpon and Shark are caught. If you want to go away for a relaxing holiday then you can either stay at home by your private pool or again go to one of the many beaches, which are all close by with pure white sand, and just sit and watch the world and the dolphins go by. Whatever your choice, you will not be dissappointed. Close by there are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaraunts and a short drive away there are even bigger shopping malls where you can buy all your designer labels at a very competitive price.New in 2006 this 3 bed, 3 bath luxury home overlooks a fresh water canal. A day at the dog track in Sarasotta which is less than 1 hour away by Car. A great day out for all. There are plenty of fish in the Freshwater Canal that has its own fishing Dock. Largemouth Bass, Catfish and Huge Grass Carp are just a few of the resident species on offer and only a few yards from the Villa. This beach is approx. 30 minutes by car and is called millionaires beach due to the fact that all the millionaires live there. Some beautiful to be seen.
