Without a doubt this is by far and away the strongest pole that has ever been produced here at Tri-Cast. To make a pole that has the power of the COLOSSUS then you must use some very special Carbon Fibres. Not only that but it has to be manufactured using the correct process and this pole has those qualities. We have introduced our X.R.S. ( Xtra reinforced system ) into this process and come up with a pole that can handle anything you care to throw at it.

At the same time as producing a pole with exceptional power we have made it on a slim mandrel, and with special resins have reduced the weight greatly. So you now have a pole that is Strong , Slim and Light. Just what an angler is looking for.

When you pick up this pole you will notice that is not as stiff as our other Match Poles , but that is the true sign of strength. We have designed this Margin Pole with even more versatility, it fits directly onto the 5th section of 3 of our new 2007 poles, enabling you to control those big Carp should they decide to run for open water. These 3 poles are Talisman. Neutron and Volterra poles, the only pole in our range that will NOT fit is the Colossus.

Overall a very impressive and responsive margin pole to hit those quick bites and set the hook firmly home.

For your information we list below the full range of individual sections available for the 2008 season poles. In addition we have also supplied a chart, to help identify the numbering sequence of our poles, as well as the respective elastic ratings for each top kit.

In addition to the current season poles, Tri-Cast also offer, subject to raw material availability, the facility to manufacture new sections for any discontinued pole that we have manufactured during the last 25 years. Any sections not available from stock will be manufactured specially within 4 weeks from receipt of the order at Tri-Cast. Individual prices for any discontinued Tri-cast sections not listed below are available by contacting Highfield Angling directly.

As with the current 2008 season poles, you can use the same chart for ease of section identification, although some of our earlier poles were not supplied with BB (Big Bore Tops) and PT (power tops), again any queries or questions, you may have please do not hesitate to contact us.
